Most candles are made from soy wax.
So what's so great about coconut wax?
Coconut wax is made from the cold-pressed core of the coconut. It is creamy and a beautiful white color.
Coconuts are considered a sustainable crop and the oil is obtained by a natural process.
Compared to soy wax, it burns longer and cleaner.
The scent is also stronger since coconut wax can hold more fragrance oil.

Candelista Candles is a small company from Astoria, Queens in New York City.
We started with a love for curating wonderful scents and transforming the mood and ambiance of homes one candle at a time.
